2. Data We Collect
Account Information
- Name, email address, phone number (optional)
- Gender (optional, for analytics)
- Account password (stored as a one-way hash)
- IB referral code (if applicable)
MT5 Connection Data
- MT5 account number, broker name, and server
- MT5 trading password (encrypted with AES-256, used solely for account connection)
- Trading data: open positions, trade history, balance, and equity
Technical & Usage Data
- IP address and approximate geolocation (country, city)
- Device type (mobile/desktop), browser, and operating system
- Login timestamps and session activity
- Pages visited and features used
Consent Records
- When you agree to our terms, we log: timestamp, IP address, device information, and the exact text you agreed to
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: Connecting to your MT5 account, executing automated trades, displaying your dashboard
- Communications: Account verification emails, trading alerts, and service notifications
- Security: Fraud detection, abuse prevention, and rate limiting
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized statistics to improve the Platform
- Legal compliance: Maintaining consent records and responding to lawful requests
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Your IB partner: If you registered via an Introducing Broker, they may see anonymized account performance data (e.g., "ACC-8F3D2A1B" — never your real name or email)
- Service providers: Email delivery (Mailgun), hosting (Vercel), database (Neon) — all bound by data processing agreements
- Brokers we work with: When you open or connect a brokerage account through us, limited information needed to attribute and operate that account may be shared with the broker.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
How we are funded. When you open a brokerage account through a link we (or an Introducing Broker partner) provide, or trade on an account we have introduced, the broker may pay us and/or the referring partner a commission or rebate based on your trading activity. These payments come from the broker at no additional cost to you. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
5. Data Security
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (one-way, cannot be reversed)
- MT5 credentials are encrypted with AES-256 at rest
- All data in transit is protected by TLS/HTTPS
- Session cookies use HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite attributes
- API endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading data is retained for reporting and compliance purposes. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Consent logs are retained indefinitely as part of our legal compliance records.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., SMS alerts)
- Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies
The Platform uses an essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors who arrive from our ads sign up. This may involve sharing limited, hashed information (such as your email or phone number) with Meta for ad measurement and matching. You can manage ad personalisation in your Facebook/Instagram settings.
9. Children
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
